Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take?

Most items are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email and SMS. Larger furniture pieces are delivered by a two-person team — we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable time slot before arrival.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Orders over £999 qualify for free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses. For orders under £999, a delivery charge applies at checkout. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands may carry additional charges — check the delivery page for full details.

What's your returns policy?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return on unused, undamaged items. Email us with your order number and we’ll arrange collection — no lengthy forms, no being passed between departments. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of collection.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Weekend delivery depends on the courier and your location. Some areas are covered Saturday — you’ll see available slots when booking your delivery window. Sunday delivery is not currently available on most routes. Check at checkout or contact us to confirm for your postcode.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only before dispatch. Once your order has left the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled — you’d need to follow the returns process instead. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We process orders quickly, so don’t wait.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Take photos immediately and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. Claims made after 48 hours are harder to process, so don’t delay.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. For two-person delivery items, our courier will contact you directly to confirm your delivery window.

Do your products require assembly?

It varies by product. Each listing specifies whether assembly is required. Where it is, instructions are included. If you’re unsure about a specific item before ordering, contact us and we’ll confirm.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Most items carry a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering structural defects and faults. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. Warranty terms vary by product — check the individual listing or contact us for specifics before purchasing.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We’re an online-only store. No showroom. This keeps our overheads lower and prices more competitive than high-street retailers. Every product page includes detailed dimensions, material descriptions, and multiple photos — if you need anything else before ordering, contact us directly.
